Peace And Love Inspite of Others Feelings

Definition: positive energy
First, imagine positive energy as a perfect alignment of emotions, thoughts and behavior. An example would be a dinner party, surrounded by like-minded people whose intellect and conversation match your own. You feel buoyed by such connections and can let your guard down. There is no danger of being pulled into the undercurrent of jealousy, anger or resentment - only the uplifting feeling of positivity. Imagine yourself as having a protective shield surrounding you. The shield is always on, but at this moment it is on a dimmer switch and doesn't need to be activated to optimal brilliance.
In a negative energy situation - a meeting at work with lots of blame-laying and hurt feelings, or an outing with a friend who never ceases to gripe - your shield should be up, full force. This energy force of golden vibes and protective love is what you tap into when you feel the need. You may not see this protective light, but you can sense it. This also applies to your own negative "voices" - the ones that say you're not good enough, smart enough, talented enough to get the job, promotion or good life that you want. If you can't ignore those voices of self-doubt, just tell them to "be quiet." You're in control, not them - because if you give in to them, your creativity is out the window.
Bad vibe protection
You must protect yourself from drowning in the bad vibes of others so that your own subtle energy doesn't become stagnant and weigh you down. Aside from the energy shield, there are other techniques you can follow. In yoga, the word "Satnam" means "the truth within you." By surrendering to your truth, you will follow your proper life path. Repeat this word as you breathe out negativity and inhale positivity.
Absorb the loving energy instead: the unconditional love of your pet as it nestles up to you, the sweet caress of a lover, the sound of voices joining in unison in a spiritual gathering… these are all good and should be embraced. Like energy "candies" they fortify you with their joyous purity to better handle toxic encounters that may arise.
There are some people who you meet or have to work or live with and that could include your own negative feelings whose thoughts are negative and there vibes affect how you feel and sap your energy. It is very unpleasant. You need to feel good and feel love in your soul. You could turn to God in faith and forgive others and yourself.
Deactivation
Use humor to alleviate dark emotions and remember to vanquish your own by freeing yourself of resentment. Identify your fears, face them, embrace them and then say goodbye to them. Trust your gut about danger and choose your actions wisely. Keep a journal that lists both the good things you've done and the amends you need to make. Then act on them.
Besides all this "feel good" advice, use common sense: Drink plenty of water, exercise regularly, commune with nature and don't spend so much time with electronic gadgets that you forget to live life for real. You'll feel centered and re-energized.
Remember, energy begets energy. This is a reflection of physiology but also describes emotions. What you put out is what you'll receive - if you're sending off enough positivity, you may then force it through the negative person's shield and wind up helping them as well. Now wouldn't that be great?

SNACKS SHOULD BE HEALTHY FOR ENERGY

Snacks For Added Energy
* Apple or banana with peanut butter: Spread 1 Tbsp peanut butter on a medium-sized piece of fruit. These fruits are all-natural low-calorie energy boosters, and the peanut butter gives you protein.
* Yogurt and granola: Mix 6 ounces of plain non-fat yogurt with 1 Tbsp of granola for a sweet crunchy snack. This will provide energy and protein.
* Dried fruits or nuts: This mix will provide you with good fats and protein, plus the nuts are a slow-burning food that keeps you full and awake. The fruit is packed with fiber, too. To avoid added sugar, look for whole or organic fruits.
* Whole grain crackers and hummus: The whole grain will fill you up without making you sleepy and the hummus—made from garbanzo beans and olive oil—provides some added fiber.

Chemical Room Fresheners May Be harmful

You feel a compelling urge to find what is of true value to you, what your time on this earth is really worth to you. We spend so much of our lives working, when you sense you need to be doing that which really gives you joy, then you know this Angel is speaking to you.
Someone may start strongly encouraging you to do those things you really love doing or even offer to help support you financially while you get this new career off the ground. I have known several people this has happened to over the years!
Other ways to work with the energy of this Angel is to write down all the things that you love to do with your free time and energy. Is there a cohesive thread that runs through them all? Or are there ways you can integrate all of the different elements so that they form the basis of your life's work? Even those things that don't appear to fit together most likely do have relevance and meaning so don\t discount them! Next, create a collage usually photos or pictures from magazines or the internet. Paste together anything that reminds you of what you would love to be doing and place it where you can see it frequently. If part of what you are seeking to create is your own business, begin the process of deciding if it is something you can do from home or if you will need to lease space for it. If home based, begin designating and clearing that space now, don't wait! This sets forth the intent that you will have what you desire! If you find you need to lease a space, begin searching for the right area now, even if you don't have the money yet. You will if you keep going! Find ways to honour what you love to do in what ever way you can. One thing I do is to keep flowers in my own work space as well as a crystal or two and other elements that remind me of how fortunate I am to be doing what I love with my days! It need not be elaborate, sometimes the most simple of things can be the best! Light a candle each day to remind you that your own life's work is now being illuminated through this Angel and the Universe and also to give thanks for all the insight and awareness you have already been given. Spend time conversing with this Angel, telling it of all your hopes and dreams for the future, allow yourself to become truly excited by fulfilling your own Life's purpose, make it a part of your career/business team! You deserve to have days filled with the energy of doing what you love!

Enzymes Are Needed

Digestive Enzymes
Anytime you cook food, you obliterate the enzymes found in that food. Raw food contains the enzymes that it needs to be totally broken down (digested) into nutrients. Consider example this: an apple falls from a tree and becomes bruised. This starts a procedure where the apple breaks down and finally digests itself, because the enzymes are doing their job. Take a second apple off the tree and eat it. It contains all the enzymes it desires to digest itself; all you need to do is chew the apple carefully enough to break down the cell walls and free the enzymes.
Take a few additional apples and make apple pie with them. Slice them up, add several sugar and spices, put them in a crust and bake it in the oven. You have just uncovered those temperature-sensitive enzymes to a temperature that will obliterate them completely. The amazing apple pie now has no enzymes, which means you body has to produce all the enzymes needed to digest the pie. The added sugar will raise the stress put on your digestive system.
If you bake, broil, steam, can, boil, microwave, pasteurize, genetically alter or development food, you destroy the enzymes initially found in that food. Where can you get the enzymes that your body needs to correctly digest your food?
Digestive enzyme supplements can help your body to correctly digest your enzyme-deficient food. Enzymes approach from living sources, namely animals and plants. What are the differences between the two sources? The largest difference is that only plant enzymes have the ability to predigest food; animal enzymes do not. Predigestion is a key part to healthy digestion. When you ate that raw apple, it supplied it’s possess enzymes to aid in digestion. Those food enzymes began digesting the food exact away. Supplemental plant enzymes provided with a meal work in agreement with your body's own enzymes to allow your body to predigest your food.

Taking your lunch to work can help you keep an eye on your bottom line as well as your, um... bottom. It's no secret—times are tough and money is tight. According to CNBC.com, more Americans are brown bagging it to save some cash. But the benefits don't stop there! While padding your wallet, you could be trimming your waistline. Preparing your own lunch allows you to control nutritional quality and portion size of the second most important meal of the day. Budget lunches that beat the bulge could include:

Children need to eat health food for health and growth

Giving your child a breakfast that contains fiber (such as oatmeal, shredded wheat, berries, bananas, or whole-grain pancakes) should keep adrenaline levels more constant and make the school day a more wondrous experience. Packing her or his lunch box with delicious, fiber-containing treats (such as whole-grain breads, peaches, grapes, or a myriad of other fresh fruits) may turn afternoons at home into a delight.
Refined sugars also affect insulin control, which decides how much fat they will store for the rest of their lives. As a child, I had HoHos, Twinkies, and Ding Dongs as regular parts of my meals because my mother, like so many of that era, wanted to give her children a nice treat. We both shudder now to think of it.
Sugar is not just found in sweets or junk cereal. It's in almost everything. When you look at labels, you find sugar, sucrose, glucose, dextrose, sorbitol, or corn syrup on almost every label. The more simple meals from whole foods contain much less sugar.
Fruit juices contain lots of simple sugar without much fiber. Many people think of juices as health foods. This simply isn't true. In small quantities they are fine, but they are mainly a way to get many of the calories and some of the nutrients from a substance, without getting as full and without getting the needed fiber. One study has shown that children who drink more than 12 ounces of fruit juice per day are shorter and fatter than those who don't.

FRUIT FROM THE HOLY LAND THAT IS A REAL CURE
HOW TO MAKE YOUR ARTERIES CLEAN
How did she make her arteries "Absolutely Clean?"For thousands of years, scholars have sought to find and identify this “fruit of life”…
But I recently spoke to a scientist in Israel who may have settled the question at last.
For years, Dr. Michael Aviram of the Lipid Research Laboratory in Rambam has been studying a very curious-looking fruit. The Hebrew word for it is rimmon, and it grows all over the Holy Land.
5 different world religions praise this fruit in their holiest texts. King Solomon had it carved 200 times on the pillars of the Temple. And now, Dr. Aviram has found that just drinking the juice of this sacred fruit…
Could literally bring your dying arteries back to life
Ready for this? Dr. Aviram gave rimmon juice to patients with the grimmest of artery problems—hardening of the carotid arteries that feed your brain. When your carotid arteries close up, strokes become increasingly certain. As does blindness, paralysis, weakness, incontinence, memory loss and worse…
So imagine their shock and wonder when after just 3 months of drinking this juice…
Ultrasound tests proved beyond any doubt that their arteries were clearing up.
Not only that. After just one month on the juice…
Their high blood pressure started dropping like a stone…
Stroke paralysis reversed In Just 2 WeeksNaturally, I was fascinated. But that’s just one study, right? So off I flew to Israel to hunt down all the research on this fruit. The deeper you dig, the more interesting it gets…

Healthy kids Omega 3 Plus multivitamins and minerals

I cannot stress enough the importance of children getting adequate micro-nutrient supplementation, especially essential fatty acids in the omega-3 class, EPA and DHA. I am very fortunate to have five healthy grandchildren, all with excellent cognitive functioning. I attribute this in part to the fact that during their pregnancies, my daughters were diligent in taking supplemental DHA and other nutrients, along with providing the children these supplemental nutrients after breast feeding stopped.
Vitacost.com offers many different vitamin/mineral supplements for children, including excellent prenatal supplements. Two very popular products are the Nutraceutical Sciences Institute® (NSI®) Synergy PediaPower® Children's Chewable Multi-Vitamins and Omega Fishies for Kids chewables, providing 248 mg of EPA and DHA per serving. This is a great combination for the good health of your children. Many people ask me about the cartoon vitamins sold at drugstores and discount stores. I must tell you they are very poor quality and they are full of artificial chemical ingredients I would not personally consume.

You enjoy Hot chocolate? Good for blood pressure and heart

Could hot cocoa be the next "wonder drug"
for high blood pressure?
Harvard researchers praise stunningly simple discovery!
According to recent estimates, nearly 1-in-3 American adults has high blood pressure. But for the Kuna Indians living on a group of islands off the Caribbean coast of Panama, hypertension doesn't even exist. In fact, after age 60, the average blood pressure for Kuna Indian islanders is a perfect 110/70.
Kuna Indians
Is it because they eat less salt? No. Kuna Indians eat as much, if not more salt, than people in the U.S.
Is it due to their genes? No. Kuna Indians who move away from the islands are just as likely to suffer from high blood pressure as anyone else!
So what makes these folks practically "immune" to hypertension—and lets them enjoy much lower death rates from heart attacks, strokes, diabetes, and cancer?
Hot Cocoa
Harvard researchers were stunned to discover it's because they drink about 5 cups of cocoa each day. That's right, cocoa!
Studies show the flavonols in cocoa stimulate your body's production of nitric oxide—boosting blood flow to your heart, brain, and other organs. In fact, one study found cocoa thins your blood just as well as low-dose aspirin!
But that's not all. A Harvard Medical School professor claims cocoa can also treat blocked arteries, congestive heart failure, stroke, dementia, even impotence!

A Womans Health Guide Not really for men... Mostly Natural

Breaking Health News for Women Over 40
Women have 2 types of energy: tense and calm. I’ve noticed that it is tense energy that women experience 90% of the time. Ultimately it is lethal.
Tense energy depends on the hormone cortisol. Cortisol is a bull elephant on a mad rampage through your body, tearing out the delicate dendrites of your brain, trampling your nervous system, and wreaking havoc on your blood, glucose, digestive and hormonal systems.
Before tense energy becomes lethal, however, it makes you sick.
Heart disease, osteoporosis, cancer, depression, memory loss, and Alzheimer’s are now understood to be among the results of continuous exposure to tense energy.
Switching from tense energy to calm energy is possible, if you know how.
And if you know how,
it will save your life.
My mother has a flawless complexion.I have been teaching women how to do this for nearly three decades and I am still amazed at the power of calm energy to turn lives around.
Within 10 days of making the switch, you will notice appreciable improvements in energy, stamina, mood, focus and even body tone. Gosh, I’ve seen women who swear I performed a miracle on them, because their lives turned a corner within two days!
But the real benefits of switching from tense energy to calm energy are longer term. You sleep better, catch fewer colds, achieve your goals with less effort, enjoy life, and develop more rewarding relationships.
Better yet, you reverse many of the symptoms of aging, protect yourself from heart disease, repair your brain, reinforce your natural cancer-shield and reverse that “10 pounds a decade” weight-creep that begins in your 40s.
6 Ways to Switch from
Tense to Calm Energy
1. If you wake up dead tired. Switch from coffee to a peppermint spray or tea. A popular alarm clock marketed in Japan emits a peppermint aroma 10 minutes before the alarm sounds, helping sleepers wake up feeling refreshed.
2. If you feel sleepy in mid-afternoon. Inhale as if you are drawing sky-blue air up through the soles of your feet. Draw it up into your pelvis. Exhale, pushing the air through the soles of your feet. Repeat slowly, drawing the sky-color up higher in your body each time, until you can breathe in, filling your body up to the crown of your head with sky-blue oxygen.
3. If you crave candy to keep going. Take one 250 mg capsule of magnesium. All cravings will vanish and your energy will soar.
4. If you’re run ragged—stimulate your entire endocrine system as follows: with your right hand, hold the point directly between the eyebrows, where the bridge of your nose meets your forehead. Hold for 3 minutes.
5. If you need to be on top of your game quickly. Athletes know this trick. Four finger widths below your right knee cap, towards the outside of your shinbone you’ll find a sensitive point. Hold this point with your cupped left hand for up to 3 minutes.
6. If your sex life is stuck in low gear. The smell of cucumber and Licorice Allsorts induces sexual arousal in many women. (Unfortunately, most male colognes have been found to turn women off!)
You’re not bad-tempered
—you are selenium-depleted.
Our soil and our foods used to be laced with selenium but now it is stripped out by fertilizers and irradiation.
Because selenium is a vital component of brain tissue, lack of this mineral shows up as depression, anger or just crankiness. Selenium-depletion is associated with:
• arthritis • osteoporosis
• breast cancer • ovarian cancer
• endometriosis • repetitive strain injury
• heart disease • thyroid disease
• MS
A little brewer’s yeast will improve your mood very rapidly. Precise doses in The Women’s Pharmacy.
You aren’t irritable
—you lack calcium.
Calcium deficiency causes irritability and cramps. Without calcium you can’t release the hormone norepinephrine, which, like serotonin, controls mood.
But never take calcium on its own. Take 500 mg with 250 mg of magnesium before bedtime.
The Woman-Wise Advantage—Oxytocin
Women have a special “anti-stress” hormone that lowers blood pressure, stops cortisol damage and promotes wound healing. The hormone is oxytocin and it is triggered by another female hormone, estrogen. Breast stimulation, orgasm, and just plain talk release oxytocin.
Women have more stress than men, and it’s often more damaging to their hormonal balances. But we are also blessed with a natural antidote and you don’t need a prescription to get it. My prescription: Call a friend or make a new one.
You are not depressed
—you are depleted of amino acids.
The more stress you are under, the more neurotransmitters are released. Neurotransmitters are chemicals created by amino acids out of proteins from your diet. Their job is to relay electrical messages around your body. You can quickly deplete your store of these chemicals, which in turn causes more stress—only this time the body cannot help itself.
That’s when you get sick and depressed.
It’s easy to test your neurotransmitter levels (I spell it out in The Women’s Pharmacy) but even easier to boost your levels of amino acids.
I’ve used these for many years and my patients often report dramatic results. Mood swings vanish, fatigue is replaced with energy, depression, pain and anxiety roll back like banks of clouds. One particular amino acid also stimulates your metabolism, making it a snap to lose weight—and keep it off.
Warning: Many prescriptions deplete your neurotransmitters. Ironically, most antidepressants do this! And women on a low protein, high-carb diet also have low levels of neurotransmitters.
It’s not a weakness
—it’s a strength!
That very womanly feeling of compassion is also every woman’s first line of defense. A recent study demonstrated that a feeling of compassion releases huge amounts of IgA into the body. IgA (immuno-globulin A) is an antibody found in the mucus of the lungs, digestive tract and urinary tract as well as in saliva.
With high amounts of IgA, you won’t get colds, flu, bladder infections or other common problems.
So indulge your natural urge to nurture, empathize, and relate to others. It’s your unique source of strength!
Use a kidney bean to give yourself
the best night’s sleep of your life!
Tape a kidney bean to the inside of your right wrist, three finger widths below
the crease of your wrist.
Now try to stay awake!
You have just found one of the most powerful sleep-promoting points in Oriental medicine.
If you doubt that it works, try it tonight, just before you go to sleep. My patients have been amazed and they’ve stopped taking their tranquilizers, sleeping pills, and antidepressants.
